I’m writing to recommend our incredible postpartum doula, Heejung Suh. Heejung was our postpartum doula for one month when my daughter **** was born in April 2025. From the first day we brought ****home from the hospital, Heejung took incredible care of me, ****, and my husband. She was instrumental in helping us navigate the difficult newborn period. Heejung truly loves caring for babies and has a special touch. There was a period during the worst of ****’s witching hours when only Heejung could calm down ****. My husband and I would struggle to settle ****, yet Heejung was always able to soothe **** the moment she took her into her arms. I dealt with a lot of postpartum anxiety at the time and it made me feel very safe knowing that ****was in such great hands. Heejung took incredible care of not only ****, but myself as well. The initial postpartum period was extremely difficult for me as I navigated becoming a first-time mother and the heavy hormones. At the end of the month, we asked Heejung to stay longer with us but she was already booked to care for another family. Other postpartum doulas came to assist us and though they had their strengths, no one made us feel as cared for as Heejung did. As soon as she became available again, we asked her to come back. 안녕하세요 정정숙 이모님이랑 한달동안 지낸 후기 드립니다. 우선 제일 좋았던 부분은 손이 정말 빠르시고 정리정돈 청소 요리 모든 부분에서 부족함이 없었습니다. 요리도 어떤 메뉴든 요청드리면 못하시는게 없더라구요. 요청하는 메뉴가 정말 수십가지였는데 다 맛있게 해주셨고 워낙 손이 빠르셔서 매일매일 뭐 또 해달라고 말씀드려야하나 고민일 정도였습니다. 그리고 우선 저나 남편의 건강을 진심으로 맘써주시고 배려해주신부분도 감사했습니다. 집이 지저분하면 제가 보는것만으로도 스트레스 받는 편인데 이모님 계신동안 늘 깔끔하게 모든 공간이 유지되어서 집에 놀러온 친구들이 부러워했어요. 요리, 정리정돈, 청소 모든면에서 만족하기는 쉽지않다는거 다 아니까요. 절대 쉬는시간 낭비 안하시고 끊임없이 일을 알아서 찾아서 해주셔서 적지않은 비용 지불하는게 아깝지 않았어요. 더 못드려서 죄송한 마음일정도로요. 다음에 지인이 산후도우미 필요할일 있으면 꼭 추천드리고싶어요. 한달동안 정말 감사했고 이모님 덕분에 빠른시간에 회복할수 있었습니다.

이번에 둘째 출산 후에도 친정맘 통해서 이모님 배정받아 4주간 산후조리 잘 받았습니다. 셀리 이모님께서 몸 회복하는 것도 많이 도와주시고 모르는 것들도 많이 알려주셔서 큰 도움 받았어요. 마사지도 정말 잘해주시고 두번째 출산인데도 불구하고 정말 빨리 회복하고 있는 중이에요.
